Bridport is an attractive and vibrant market town with a tremendous reputation for arts, culture and food.

Its rich rope-making heritage is featured in the local museum.  There are street markets on Wednesday and Saturday and a range of independent shops.

Just a mile to the south of Bridport is West Bay, a charming fishing village with dramatic views of the Jurassic Coastline. West Bay has enjoyed a surge in popularity in recent years while playing host to ITV’s smash hit drama Broadchurch, starring David Tennant and Olivia Colman.
