The 12 function rooms include the restored Wine Cellars (once linked to the smugglers caves leading to the seafront) and the Paganini Ballroom (named after the violinist performed from the balcony in 1831) for business and private functions. The Wardroom Restaurant and the Mess Deck Bar and Terrace offer cuisine to suit a variety of palates as well as commanding views over the promenade, with outside seating for that ‘outside in’ feeling, while you watch the world go by.
