Boutique family run B&B in the Wasdale Valley

Situated at the mouth of the Wasdale Valley, 1692 Wasdale is a real gem!  This family run boutique B&B offers a warm welcome, a relaxed atmosphere and staff who are genuinely pleased to help.

Inside you will find an exciting blend of old buildings with contemporary interiors. High ceilings and exposed stonework are complemented by under-floor heated flagstone and timber floors. 

The lounge is informal with a contemporary open fire and piano, there is a boot-room, dining room for delicious breakfasts - and evening meals by arrangement - a well stocked honesty bar and a hot tub.

The 6 well appointed en-suite bedrooms are each unique in their layout and decor but they all have extremely comfortable hand-made super-king size  (or twin) beds, crisp white bed linen, cosy light-weight duvets, large soft towels, contemporary bathrooms with walk-in showers  and complementary toiletries. Each bedroom has its own patio with westerly aspect and views toward the sea.

Dogs are welcome in 3 of our rooms and we ask that guests are at least 12 years of age.
