Established in 1820 Emmett's is the oldest artisan ham and bacon producer in the UK.

We still reside and operate from our original premises in Peasenhall, Suffolk, which is quite unique in todays retail world.
All of our differing flavours of ham are made using natural ingredients whilst all of our bacon is dry cured without nitrates. Our signature product, Suffolk Black ham, is immersed in beer and molasses prior to being hot smoked in our heritage smokehouses. The finished product has immense depth, coarseness and flavour like no other with a dark mahogany skin. It has a very loyal following and for which we held a Royal Warrant for over 35 years.
